Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Pricing and Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for integrating, compiling, analyzing and evaluating data on sales and operations performance metrics. The objective of the position is to identify areas for expansion and improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate and generate daily, weekly and monthly custom reports and dashboards
  • Perform analysis on sales performance and provide strategic insights on how the sales organization should improve their go to market strategy, organizational structure, operations, etc.
  • Administer company-wide vehicle reimbursement program
  • Manage all new user set-ups and deactivation to applicable sites and applications
  • Ensure sales goals are met in a timely fashion
  • Analyze sales reps compensation plans, quota, and promotional path
  • Compose ad-hoc reporting requests from sales, pricing and sales management
  • Assist with quarterly and annual forecasting and strategic planning
  • Monitor and enhance sales processes and effectiveness
  • Document sales processes and procedures
  • Support sales executives and sales users in day to day management
  • Participation in any other related task or activity which management determines his/her skills would be useful or needed
  • Special projects as requested
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Typical Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar concentration
  • 3+ years experience in a position that requires timely and accurate data administration.Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external customer service
  • Quick learner (adept at picking up new processes quickly)
  • Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Software, including advanced reporting techniques
  • Proficient in MS Office suit (Excel required, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Detail oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently


Environmental Requirements

  • This position requires working in an office setting, long periods of time sitting
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push and pull at least up to 10 lbs
