Position Summary:

The OTC Champion is responsible for directing and coordinating order to cash activities within their assigned geographies.  This includes directing and coordinating administrative services, as well as supervising the preparation and audit of all data required for the accurate and timely creation of customer invoices.  The OTC Champion will also be accountable for facilitating open communication amongst all team members and fostering a work environment which is conducive to meeting company objectives. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all aspects of staffing including hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent. This includes talent selection, onboarding training, and growth and development opportunities through periodic performance reviews. 
  • Assist in development of standard operating procedures for OTC activities.
  • Proactively manage customer deliveries which are Missing Customer Requirements (MCR) and/or Missing Required Documents (MRD).
  • Oversee the company payroll process to ensure employees are paid correctly.
  • Properly allocate workload of open orders to operations specialist to ensure all product deliveries and services are captured and invoiced timely/accurately.
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of customer invoices
  • Collaborate with other functional departments to ensure customer invoicing process is accurately adhered to in all aspects including Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Disputes/Resolutions, Pricing, and Collections.
  • Collaborate with Sales on customer requests and invoice resolution.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and practices.
  • Identify and escalate all operational procedures that do not allow for timely and accurate customer invoicing.

 

Typical Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferable or- work experience requirement
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience related to OTC activities, billing, financial ledger, and/or accounting.
  • Experiencing leading high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Ability to multi-tasks, thriving in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excels customer focused activities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize activities to meet company objectives.
  • Strong relationship building skills.

Environmental Requirements

  • This position requires working in an office setting, long periods of time sitting.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push and pull at least up to 10 lbs.
